Acceptance of terms
By using the Vynko app or this website, you accept these terms. Vynko is operated by iToolVerse. You must be at least 13 years old to use Vynko. If you don't agree with something here, please don't use the service.
The service
Vynko is a free personal and shared expense-tracking app built around independent "Books" — separate ledgers you create for a household, a trip, or any other purpose, each with its own transactions, categories, budgets, and goals.
Your account
Sign up with accurate information and keep your own credentials safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Don't use Vynko for anything unlawful. Don't attempt to abuse, overload, probe, scrape, or reverse-engineer the backend. Don't upload an offensive or unlawful profile photo. Respect other Book members' access — don't try to reach data that isn't yours or shared with you.
Book sharing — please read
Vynko currently has no ownership-transfer flow for shared Books. If a Book's owner deletes their account, co-members of that Book may lose access to it entirely. Keep this in mind before inviting others to a Book, or before deleting your own account if you own Books that others depend on.
Not financial advice, no bank integration
Vynko is a manual record-keeping tool only — it never connects to a real bank account, card, or UPI provider. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for any financial decisions you make based on it.
Pricing
Vynko is currently free with no ads; we reserve the right to change pricing in the future with notice.
Your content and intellectual property
The Vynko app and brand are owned by iToolVerse. You retain ownership of the financial ledger data you enter — transactions, budgets, goals, and notes. You grant us only the limited license needed to store, sync, back up, and display it to you and to any Book members you choose to share it with.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Vynko is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iToolVerse's liability arising from your use of the service is limited as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account for abuse of the service or violation of these terms. You can delete your account at any time.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we post the new version here with an updated date. Continuing to use Vynko after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Questions go to vynko.support@itoolverse.com. See our privacy policy for how your data is actually handled.
